Established in 1993, Eton Associates Limited is one of the largest privately owned Building Controls Specialists in the UK and has been responsible for many of the major office developments in and around London.

The Board of Directors is responsible for developing and maintaining the needs of the business and to participate in strategic planning for the future. The Eton Board comprises of individuals who collectively have nearly 200 years of experience in Controls and Contracting

James Ward

James is one of the founding partners of Eton Associates, who has successfully implemented operational strategies into the contracts and service departments to ensure best practice and customer delivery, thus meeting the exacting standards expected by clients. With a wide experience and knowledge base, James has previous experience working for Honeywell, Landis & Gyr, and ISS Clorius.

Graham Milward

Along with James Ward, Graham is the other founding partner of Eton Associates, who together with his fellow Directors, has successfully implemented business strategies to ensure Eton is commercially placed to meet the requirements of the Building Management System industry. Being a Chartered Engineer, a member of CIBSE, and with previous experience at Satchwell Control Systems, Landis and Gyr, and ISS Clorius, Graham brings a wealth of experience in the controls industry to the business.

Ray Faruk

Company Secretary
As both the Company Secretary and Financial Controller, Ray is responsible for most of the finance matters. Prior to joining Eton Associates, he was employed as a Research Accounts Manager at Imperial College London mainly working alongside Professors managing all financial aspects of their various research accounts. He has a BA (Hons) from Middlesex University in Accounting and Law, and studied for the ACCA professional qualifications.

Ken Hammond

With over 35 years’ experience in the Building Controls industry Ken spent 16 years at Satchwell Control Systems, 3 of those based in Dubai, 5 years at Tour & Andersson, over 10 years at Acorn Integrated Systems where he was Sales & Marketing Director, and prior to joining Eton was Vice President of Cylon Controls UK. Ken is responsible for Sales and holds a BSc in Environmental Management.

Paul Brown

Paul has over 28 years’ contracting experience mainly in the electrical sector. Being a former winner of the CIBSE young project manager of the year award gave Paul the impetus to progress from project management to Director. With the backing of a strong experienced contracting team, Paul is responsible for the operation, management, and delivery of all projects undertaken by Eton.

Tony Browne

Tony has over 35 years’ experience in electrical contracting having worked in the past for Crown House, Matthew Hall and T. Clarke. He is responsible for all aspects of the Electrical Installation work carried out by Eton.

Kevin Bright

Kevin is responsible for both the Service and Maintenance and Small Works departments for Eton. A long serving member of the Eton team, he is a member of the Institute of Refrigeration and has an extensive background in mechanical and BMS maintenance.
